2026 Haitian Pastors and Wives Retreat
Dear Pastor,
Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are delighted to invite you and your spouse to the Haitian Pastors and Wives Retreat, to be held on April 23–25, 2026, at the Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center. This year’s theme is “Divinely Rooted” (Colossians 2:7) — “Rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”
We’ll be honored to have Dr. Abède Alexandre as our special guest speaker for this year’s retreat.
This will be a special time of rest, renewal, and fellowship that is designed to encourage and strengthen those like yourself who serve so faithfully. Come and enjoy uplifting worship, inspiring sessions, and meaningful connection with fellow pastors and ministry couples.
We look forward to sharing this refreshing weekend with you as we grow deeper in Christ together.

- Couple (Pastor and Wife) – $225 per person
- Single Pastor – $225 per person (All single Pastors will be room with a roommate in a room with 2 beds)
- Private Room (one person in a room) – $300 per person
- Children (Ages 0-2 – Free
- Children (Ages 3-8) – $75 per child
- Children (Ages 9-17) – $185 per child
- Family of 3 – $475 per family
- Family of 4 – $550 per family
- Family of 5 – $675 per family

We have provided a payment installment option of 4 payments of 25% for your convenience.
Deadline to register for this event is March 23, 2026
No refunds after February 16th, 2026. (Note: All refund requests must be request via email before or by February 16th, 2026)
Note on Rooming Request: Requesting Room Preferences (Upstairs or Downstairs, and motel building), will be addressed on a First Come, First Serve basis and full payment will have to be made. All rooms are based on availabilities of Lake Yale Conference Center.
Special Note: Everyone must register in advance, this include all drivers and bus drivers who will stay on site or commute.
